What are the Holiday Bash for Cash prizes?

First prize: $1,000
Second and third prizes: Special fresh Ile de France cheese and foods basket

How do you choose the winners: First, we will post your recipes and pictures on the Cheese Lover’s Blog – Iledefrancecheese.com/blog – then, visitors will choose 3 winners. The viewers will select at their own discretion based on the criteria, such as but not limited to, the quality of the images, taste appeal, general creativity, fun, originality, and presentation of the cheeses. Ratings start at 6 p.m. EST Dec. 2, 2009 and end at the same time on Dec. 21, 2009.
Any additional rules:

We maintain the right not to publish any pictures or video with offensive or inappropriate content. Entrant’s names and photos or videos (if submitted) may be used without compensation for any advertising, publicity and promotion purposes.
When will winners announced:

The three winners will be announced by 6 p.m. Dec. 23, 2009 on several websites, including the: Ile de France Cheese Blog; Ile de France Cheese websites; Ile de France Cheese Myspace, and the Ile de France Gourmet Newsletter (monthly e-newsletter). We maintain the right to delay the announcement of the winners.

Who is eligible: No purchase is necessary to participate. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Contest participation is open only to legal residents of the 50 States and District of Columbia (”D.C.”), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, suppliers, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, the immediate family members, and person living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Additional restrictions may apply.
Waiver:

By entering the Contest, potential winners waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter. By entering the Contest, potential winners agree that Sponsor shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages resulting from participation in this Contest or acceptance, possession and use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest

By entering, each participant agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the (b) Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, legal advisors and advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due entries, mail, or e-mail; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted or cancelled; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or entity it finds to be attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Contest.
