In the October 2006 issue of Food & Wine, Ile de France Le Brie was selected as the Best Brie in its “Taste Test: Supermarket Cheese.” Ile de France Goat Cheese was selected the “Top Pick*” by the May 2006 (Issue #78) Tasting Panel of Fine Cooking magazine.
