Party Brie

Brie is an extremely rich cheese. It pairs beautifully with sun-dried cherries, cranberries, apricots or raisins, as the intense tart flavor of the fruit counteracts the cheese’s richness. For an extra crunch and buttery, nutty flavor, add a selection of toasted nuts.

Ingredients:
3.2 oz Ile de France Brie wheel, in its entirety
2 cups mixed dried fruit: Any combination of sun-dried cranberries, raisins, golden raisins, or chopped dried peaches, apricots or nectarines

Directions:

  • Place the Brie wheel in a large serving plate.
  • Scatter a combination of the dried fruit and lightly toasted nuts on top of, and around, the Brie for added color, flavor, and texture.
  • Serve at room temperature.
  • Serves 6-8
