A bad day in Paris is still better than a good day anywhere else. Those in love with the City of Light will immediately agree with this anonymous sentence. Others may just shrug their shoulders, wondering what is so special about the city. Well, they have probably not visited Paris.

Many things can be written to explain the magnetic power of Paris but one thing is forbidden: this text cannot be boring! Not only is the topic fascinating but even more importantly: you can NEVER be bored in Paris. There are so many things to see, taste, discover and experience.

Let's start with the elephant in the room! The beating heart and beacon of the city - the Eiffel Tower. It is the most photographed place in the world. Is there anything to add?

Do famous names inspire you? You should know that Oscar Wilde, Vincent van Gogh, Hemingway and countless other artists, writers and scientists spoke about Paris as the most awe-inspiring place on earth.

Art? Oh, that is an easy one. Yes, Paris boasts the largest art museum in the world with its majestic and grandiose architecture: the Louvre. Did you know that Paris is also home to 130 museums?

Take a map of Paris, close your eyes and put a finger anywhere - you will find something awesome: the Basilica of the Sacré Coeur, the Pantheon, the Centre Pompidou, the Grand Palais, the Latin Quarter... the list goes on and on! Oh mon dieu! We almost forgot to mention one of the most incredible avenues in Paris: the banks of the Seine river.

A famous quote says it all: "A simple walk down the Paris sidewalks provides lessons in history, beauty, and in the point of life.”
