- 1 roll ready-to-use puff pastry
- 6 ILE DE FRANCE® Mini Brie
- 6 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons fresh or dried thyme
- 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon water
- Salt & pepper
Makes around 12 puffs
Preheat the oven to 200°C (th. 7).
Unroll the pastry and cut into 6×6 cm squares.
Cut the Mini Brie in half horizontally.
Place a half Mini brie on each pastry square. Season with salt and pepper and
add a sprinkling of thyme.
Mix the egg yolk with the water and brush around the edges of the puffs.
Bake for around 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add a few drops of honey onto each puff.
Serving suggestion: accompany with a green salad.
Tip: if you prefer, you can use oregano or rosemary instead of thyme.
